Having excess flood coverage allows the property owner to fully protect their property from flood exposures. We offer this insurance for residential property owners who need coverage in excess of the NFIP-mandated $250,000 maximum and for commercial property owners or builders who need coverage in excess of the $500,000 maximum. A property owner is eligible for excess flood insurance once an NFIP policy has been established. This provides:

• Up to $5 million in building and contents coverage over the primary National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) limits.
• Business Interruption Coverage for Commercial Risks

• A completed application
• A copy of the declarations page from the primary NFIP flood policy
• An elevation certificate for all Flood Zone A / V properties
