  • Replacement cost is available for home $250,000 + in value depending on location, with no maximum limit
  • Liability limits to $1,000,000 available on Dwellings undergoing major renovations
  • $250 deductible available on vacant dwellings less than $100,000 (without renovations)
  • Coverage for detached structures also available on the same policy
  • We offer 6 or 12 month policies, both have 3 months fully earned premium
  • We write Builder’s Risk on rental, seasonal, tenant or vacant dwellings
